Before filming, we'll discuss the way you want your property presented. Once we've filmed the property the footage is professionally edited and encoded for the internet. We will then supply you with a password to view your video in our secure online 'viewing room'. Once you've approved it and made full payment, we'll get your video linked onto the websites of your choice. We can can link our videos onto www.open2view.com, www.realestate.co.nz, www.allrealestate.co.nz, www.youtube.com and real estate agency websites such as www.bayleys.co.nz or www.barfoot.co.nz. We also supply you with five personalised DVDs of your video.

View It Now will need access to your property for approximately 1 - 3 hours of filming. A 'Standard' View It Now video includes 90 minutes of filming and a 'Premium' View It Now video includes 3 hours. Editing and internet encoding of each video takes between 24 and 72 hours. Once you've approved your video and made full payment, we'll link your video onto the websites of your choice and send you your DVD copies.

We ask that properties be clean, tidy and that any unnecessary clutter be put away. Our crews know how to make properties look their best but you can also help by turning on spa pools, lights and water features.

Yes - but any material needs to be high quality and given to us before editing begins.

No. Our prices are all inclusive and there is no limit on the number of times your video can be viewed online.

No. We do take some still photos but these are only used for the personalised DVDs we supply.

Unfortunately we can't control the weather - yet! If it's raining our crew may come back for the exterior shots or reschedule the entire shoot.

No problem. Once your video is complete it's uploaded to View It Now's online 'viewing room' so you can approve it and we can make any changes you want. Any changes you want after this point will be charged at our standard hourly editing rate.

No. View It Now is not a real estate listing service. Our videos are a 'pop-up' window designed to enhance listings on other websites. Our videos are only launched after you click on the View It Now link on these websites.

You can supply the text yourself or we can write it for you.

Our crews may need a key to access your property, but there is no need for anyone to be present for the duration of the shoot.

View It Now is based in central Auckland. Our prices are all inclusive but if your property is outside the greater Auckland area there may be some additional travel costs. Please email or call us for details.
